The Allaway service network covers all of Finland

Authorised Allaway maintenance companies are happy to help you in the maintenance and renewal of your Allaway central vacuum cleaner system. The maintenance companies are responsible for repairs under warranty of all Allaway products, and for servicing the KP and Ufox central vacuum cleaners and Ufox air humidifiers. Equipment necessary for the maintenance of the products can be purchased from well-stocked retailers and maintenance companies.

Unit information for maintenance

Before contacting an authorized Allaway maintenance company, remember to note the type and serial number of the central unit. This information can be found on the name plate on the external surface of the central unit, next to the turbine case.

It is also essential to make sure before contacting the Allaway maintenance company, that the system installed in your home actually is an Allaway system. You will recognise Allaway products by the Allaway logo.
